VISA INFORMATION

Delegates travelling to St Kitts from countries which require visa are asked to visit www.evias.gov.kn, fill the application as requested and an ID number will be automatically issued upon completion of the application.
Delegates are then asked to forward that ID number to the email address cecile.hulljeffers@gov.kn. This will allow for the issuance of the visa upon arrival at the Robert L Bradshaw International (RLB) Airport

Advance Registration (until April 20, 2012)
• Full Conference - US$400.00

Late Registration (after April 20, 2012)
• Full Conference - US$450.00

Day Pass: US$160.00

REGISTRATION DOES NOT INCLUDE ACCOMMODATION.

All registrations must be paid in full by the first day of the conference. Bank drafts and cheques should be made out to CEHI/Caribbean Environmental Forum.

Cancellations
Registration fees will be refunded, less a 10% administration fee, if a refund request is received in writing at the address below before May 1, 2012. No refunds for registration fees will be issued for requests received after May 1, 2012.
