Venue
CEF-3 will take place in Antigua, one of the most beautiful islands in the Caribbean, known as a "beach with an island in the middle."  With its gentle winds, meandering coastline of safe harbours and protective, pristine coral reefs, it is one of the world's premier tourist destinations.

Accommodation
Accommodation for the CEF-3 participants is booked at the Grand Royal Antiguan Beach Resort. The Conference Planning Committee has negotiated a special rate for participants at the Conference venue. Participants are responsible for making their own reservations at the hotel.

Rates
The special CEF-3 rate is
US$146 single occupancy (inclusive of taxes)
US$221 double occupancy (inclusive of taxes)

The rate is all inclusive of meals and beverages.
