2002: Co-hosted the 11th Annual Caribbean Water & Wastewater Association Conference in conjunction with the 1st Caribbean Environmental Forum & Exhibition. The Conference served as a regional arena for bringing together key Caribbean and international stakeholders to discuss environmental issues and share experiences related to environment and development. The event also focused public attention on key environmental concerns in the Caribbean Region. Over 300 participants from the Caribbean, North America and Europe attended the Forum.

2001: Edited and published water conservation booklets entitled "Dr. Oplet Says" in conjunction with the Providence High School, Trinidad

2001: Hosted a workshop on "Communications for Environment and Development" in Trinidad, in conjunction with the United Nations Development Programme and the United Nations Information Centre

2000: Conducted a public awareness programme on sewage treatment technology selection in Montserrat.

2000: Assisted in the formulation of a Public Awareness Campaign for the St. Kitts and Nevis Solid Waste Management Authority.

2000: Assisted in the production of a video documentary on the development of the Conaree Sanitary Landfill in St Kitts.
