1997: Conducted a training course in "Management Information Systems", St. Lucia.

1997: Developed a sub-regional Water Quality Monitoring Information System.

1996: Conducted a study on an Environmental Health Information System in the Caribbean identifying the environmental health (EH) information needs of regional policy makers as well as Environmental health data/information flows.

1995: Assessed management information systems in the Water Authorities and the Environmental Health Departments in the Barbados, Dominica, Grenada, St. Lucia and St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
