| CEHI's Marketing Unit | CEHI has long adopted a customer-focused approach to conducting its business. There is recognition of the need to systematically identify and satisfy the needs of a wide range of stakeholders.
The Marketing and Communications functions of CEHI thus form a critical part of the operations of the Institute.
Member States are assisted in meeting their environmental health goals through assistance from CEHI in the development of their communication strategies. They also benefit from the timely dissemination of technical and general information to all stakeholders.
The mass media are viewed as allies in the process of disseminating popular information and CEHI has fostered the development of information networks through which the flow of development information can reach a variety of national, regional and international audiences.
Our marketing research projects help us to define markets, analyse customer profiles and anticipate regional environmental management needs.
