Conference Registration

The Conference Secretariat is responsible for registrations.

Each participant, exhibitor, student or guest must complete the registration form attached. Forms may be photocopied, completed and returned to the Secretariat. All rates are quoted in US dollars.

    CANCELLATION POLICY:

    Prior to 15th May, 2004: 80% refund

    From 15th May to 21st May, 2004: 50% refund

    After 21st May: no refund

    Only written notification will be accepted.
